The Contractor shall be capable of performing the tasks and/or possess the skill sets listed below:
- Supports the Enterprise GRC environment across Dev, Test, and Production tiers—ensuring system uptime, patching, and troubleshooting.
- Maintains operating systems, services, and software updates within the HCAP Lab and production environments.
- Works with the DBA to manage backups, restore procedures, and ensure database health.
- Responds to support tickets and resolves infrastructure-related issues affecting system performance.
- Implements access controls, system monitoring, and automated alerts for system resource usage.
- Follows change management protocols for configuration changes and ensures release alignment.
- Supports vulnerability remediation in alignment with IPSO and security directives.
- Coordinates with the integration team to ensure infrastructure readiness for secure API traffic and OSCAL-based system documentation support.
- Maintains version-controlled configuration documentation using SharePoint or equivalent tools to support audit readiness.
- Ensures infrastructure compliance with FedRAMP baselines, RMF requirements, and system authorization processes.
- Possesses over 5 years of demonstrated experience managing system infrastructure for Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platforms including RSA Archer.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud-hosted environments preferred.
- Familiar with enterprise backup systems, Power Shell scripting, and Section 508 infrastructure implications.
- Preferred certifications include Archer Certified Administrator, CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified:
Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, or equivalent. - Must be familiar with and adhere to the full Enterprise Performance Lifecycle (EPLC) and defined Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) policies. This includes responsibility for documenting design, implementation, testing, deployment, rollback, and lessons learned. Any and all alterations, changes, or modifications to a GRC/Archer Production type environment must be processed through the Change Control Board (CCB) with clear risk analysis, system impact reviews, and rollback procedures.
