A leading federal consulting firm is looking for an experienced Agile Team Lead / Scrum Master to support a high-visibility U.S. Department of Labor program. The candidate will lead Agile delivery using SAFe principles, serve as a primary liaison with Federal Product Owners, and must possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Required qualifications include 7+ years in Agile development, database software standards, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Certifications in Agile methodologies are preferred.
