Analytica is seeking a technically skilled Agile Business Analyst to support USCIS in streamlining and improving business operations and information technology investments. This includes executive consulting, program/project management support, Agile adoption, governance support, and technology integration across VER and FOD. The contractor will facilitate cross-functional collaboration among USCIS offices and external agencies, implement Agile methodologies, and support data-driven decision-making.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a business analyst or SME, with at least 5 years supporting federal programs in areas such as process optimization, requirements analysis, and system integration.
Certifications:
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent preferred.
Skills/
Competencies:
Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow optimization. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, testing, and system deployment. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
