Position OverviewThe Service Titan Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring business requirements are understood, approved, configured, tested, deployed, and optimized for Cobalt and our related partner companies. The Service Titan Technical Business Analyst must understand Service Titan as a subject‑matter expert and partner with our business stakeholders, as well as our partner companies, to meet business needs by owning requirements optimization for the system.
This includes understanding the baseline business needs, ensuring the requirements translate to system configurations, working with other technology stakeholders to ensure the configurations are deployed, managing relationships with vendors and across the business, ensuring data integrity, building and managing workflows, and helping our partner companies onboard their Service Titan functionality to effectively utilize the platform. This role will act as the primary point of contact for all Service Titan‑related business requirements within our organization.
They will work closely with all technology and business stakeholders to achieve full adoption across our enterprise.
- Own the business analysis and requirements mapping for operational and technical functionality of Service Titan
- Manage relationships with Cobalt team members, Cobalt partner company leaders, and vendors
- Be the Service Titan configuration subject‑matter expert, translate business needs and requirements to system functionality, ensure data is mapped to the correct fields, and define user personas
- Help onboard all partner companies (existing and newly acquired) to the Service Titan platform
- Lead post‑tech stack implementation support and development
- Expert Service Titan SME – own the outcome for Service Titan‑related work and demonstrate themselves as the true subject‑matter expert at Cobalt
- Excellent Project Manager – own schedules and timelines related to the implementation of required Service Titan functional and technological changes
- In‑House Systems Expert
- Supports OpCo CEOs and leadership and provides the best onboarding experience possible
- Demonstrates continuous improvement by refining training methodology and effectiveness
- Bring 7+ years’ experience as a subject‑matter expert with Service Titan as a Business Analyst
