Job DescriptionLocation: Washington, DC
Duration: 1 year (possible extension)
Responsibilities:
- Support Office 2003/2007/2010 and Office 365
- Provide executive end-user troubleshooting skills
- Perform break/fix troubleshooting in large corporate environments
- Support mobility devices (phones and tablets) across multiple platforms including Apple and Android
