About the job Sr. Site Reliability EngineerOur Client is currently hiring a full-time Sr.
Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), who will play a vital role in continuously driving improvements in observability, performance, and reliability, aiming to make a substantial impact across the federal government.
This role is Hybrid, requiring travel to downtown Washington, DC, at least three days per week.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Monitor platform and containerized applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Identify and address performance and availability risks and issues proactively.
- Contribute to the creation and optimization of all necessary functions within the core platform to establish a robust infrastructure.
Collaborate closely with the team and the customer on a daily basis.
Must Have
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Active TS//SCI clearance
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, demonstrating a strong understanding of SRE principles for highly scalable and reliable systems.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, Kubernetes K8, and CI/CD Automation.
You’ll stand out if you have:
- Proficiency in working within a Dev Sec Ops environment, with experience using Source Code repositories and CI/CD pipeline solutions such as Team Foundation Server/Azure Dev Ops, Bitbucket, and Git Hub.
- Familiarity with container orchestration tools such as Rancher and Open Shift.
