The Service Now Administrator will work closely with the Solution/Technical Architect to ensure the solution is technically feasible and to identify areas to reduce implementation efforts. Validates the configuration of business data and supports the technical team for any required custom development. Assist or lead test plan development and execution including conducting user acceptance testing ensuring implementation meets client’s requirements.

• Contribute new products, workflows, and ideas to influence the SDLC platform
• Identify risks that threaten project success and recommend workarounds
• Ensure Service Now runs smoothly by testing and adjusting as needed, then documenting fixes
• Requirements gathering, process and workflow design, testing and validation, communications and training deliverables

• 2+ years Service Now System Administration experience
• Experience with functional requirements gathering, process and workflow design, testing and validation, communications and training deliverables

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
• Eligible to obtain a Secret government clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in certain states and locations. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and experience. The pay range for the states listed is:

$76,100—$136,700 USD
