Senior Technical Customer Success Manager

Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain long‑term client relationships
  • Lead technical onboarding, implementations, and integrations
  • Educate customers on product capabilities and best practices
  • Manage client reporting, account data, and success metrics
  • Serve as a trusted advisor across technical and business stakeholders
  • Identify and support upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
Qualifications
  • 4+ years in the SaaS / software industry
  • 4+ years as a Technical Customer Success Manager
  • 4+ years leading technical implementations or integrations
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Strong reporting, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic with an ambitious, positive mindset
  • Work with a product customers genuinely love
