Sr. Program Manager

Qualifications

• Active TS//SCI with CI poly
• You have, at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering, or other comparable degree or experience.
• You have a minimum of ten (10) years of delivery leadership of complex federal programs
• You have at least two (2) years specialized experience in leading IT Dev Sec Ops  projects managing large Agile teams.
• You have experience supporting the Intelligence Community
• You have experience delivering a full range of IT support services, including development and modernization using Human-Centered Design (HCD), Agile, and Dev Sec Ops ; and operations and maintenance for mission applications (on-premises and cloud environments)
• You have established and provided clear communication to executive leadership to include reporting, forecasting, strategic roadmaps, risk assessments, and stakeholder expectation management
• You have experience monitoring and managing the financials and staffing of large IT programs
• You have strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
• You have strong written and oral communication skills
• You have demonstrated ability to determine and implement improvements for program to achieve quality, and customer excellence.
• You are SAFe certified and/or Scrum Certified
• You are PMP certified
• You have a master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field
