Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- 7+ years of IT program/project management experience
- Agile certification and/or PMP certification
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain integrated planning artifacts including good understanding of dependencies, critical path to delivery and milestone tracking
- Experience with IT project and portfolio risk management, facilitating impact assessment and mitigation planning workshops
- Preferred experience with government agency audit/governance requirements
