• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience supporting technology or data projects in government or regulated environments.
• Experience preparing program documentation, reporting, and coordinating light administrative oversight across work streams.
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to distill and summarize technical progress and risks.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data initiatives and governance programs.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to maintain tracking documentation with limited supervision.
• Comfortable interfacing with technical teams and federal stakeholders in a facilitation role.
• Experience with federal project documentation, reporting expectations, and compliance awareness.
