Role Summary

The Analytics Product Manager delivers strategic analytics to Value-Based Platform (VBP) products, translating product goals and workflows into actionable analytics to support measurable clinical and financial impact for the patients we serve. This role bridges business stakeholders, analytics teams, and product leadership – leveraging best practices, deep healthcare domain knowledge, and data‑driven decision‑making to maximize the value and adoption of operational and strategic analytics products across Risant Health's VBP.

The Product Manager applies requirements gathering, user research, and agile methodologies to optimize delivery of analytics products, identifies analytics and monitoring best practices, surfaces opportunity areas for product improvement, and ensures analytics deliver meaningful insights to clinical, operational, and financial users.

You'll apply your knowledge of value‑based care, healthcare analytics, and product management to transform existing products from good to exceptional. This role blends user‑centered design with rigorous analysis of product performance and stakeholder needs, driving adoption and measurable value realization while supporting growth and continuous improvement across the product portfolio. You’ll apply your knowledge of healthcare data, analytics best practices, and value based care to translate data into measurable value.

Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Stakeholder Management
  • Own vision, roadmap, and backlog to deliver analytics products and results for Risant's VBP solutions
  • Serve as primary liaison between analytics team and VBP product owners, RHO clinical/operational leaders, and internal technical teams and leadership
  • Conduct regular user feedback sessions, adoption reviews, and value realization assessments to identify enhancement opportunities and measure product impact
  • Partner with VBP leadership to ensure analytics support new product development and vision throughout the SDLC process
Foundational, Predictive & Performance Analytics
  • Medical Cost Analytics: Build and evolve analytic capabilities that pinpoint cost drivers, impactable populations, and high-ROI opportunities for VBP Solutions
  • Program & Platform Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of Risant’s value‑based care platform solutions, quantifying how initiatives and products deliver measurable value. Develop methods to continuously assess program performance, sustainability, and system‑wide impact.
  • Core Analytic Assets: Develop and maintain foundational analytic tools including metrics, models, logic and enrichment engines to drive product delivery and impact across the portfolio
  • Data Pipelines, Visualizations & Business Artifacts: Scope and design analytic pipelines, dashboards, and evaluation templates that make insights transparent, repeatable, and actionable. Build visualizations and reports that communicate value to leaders in clinical, operational, and financial domains.
Data Stewardship & Collaboration
  • Contribute analytic templates, metric definitions, views and insights to the Risant governance model, to drive shared learning and collective performance improvement.
  • Implement automated data‑quality checks and maintain clear documentation to ensure traceability and reliability of results.
  • Maintain and approve semantic layers and analytic datasets that underpin enterprise reporting and insight generation.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure analytics translate into real‑world decisions and measurable results.
  • Present findings through concise narratives and visualizations that clearly connect data to value.
  • Promote a culture of agile analytics, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team and partner organizations.
Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor's degree required in Data Science, Health Economics, Computer Science, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative or healthcare analytics field.
  • Master's degree preferred (e.g., MPH, MS in Data Science, Health Informatics, or Applied Analytics).
