Machine Learning Engineer – Secret

We’re working with a 100‑headcount, Series C Deep Learning SaaS business—born out of a Cal Tech research lab and the NASA JPL. They’re pushing the boundaries of AI and looking for a "Secret" cleared Machine Learning Engineer to join their hybrid US team. This opportunity requires onsite attendance 4 days per month.

• Computer Science degree from a top‑10 program
• Experience at a prestigious or well‑known tech company
• Deep experience with the Python data stack (Pandas, Num Py, scikit‑learn, etc.)
• Strong background in production‑grade ML deployment
• End‑to‑end ML engineering—from model design to deployment
• Experience with task schedulers (Celery, Airflow, Prefect) and web frameworks (Flask, Django)
• Nice to have: background in Cyber Analytics, Predictive Maintenance, or Supply Chain Optimization

• Secret security clearance
• Build scalable software on top of an advanced AI platform
• Design and maintain efficient data pipelines and workflows
• Optimize data access patterns for high‑performance ML workloads
• Troubleshoot and enhance software performance and reliability
• Make models usable—build the bridge between AI and application
• Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to enhance usability
• Create dynamic dashboards and visualizations using Python SDKs
• Stay sharp and stay current on the latest in ML and software engineering

• $180–220k base salary
