Credence has an immediate need for a Program Execution Group Manager to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) OZJ in Washington, D.C. The AFLCMC Commander Directed Projects Office executes AFLCMC/CC-directed projects to provide rapid, informed responses for decision making and requirements implementation. AFLCMC/OZJ will consist of multi-functional teams staffing specific tasks, projects, or programs and is currently providing acquisition support to the F-35 and Air Force - Product Lifecycle Management Capability Support Office programs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting day-to-day business actions, including planning executive calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating with division chiefs, outside agencies, and contractor personnel, and preparing technical materials, management presentations, and briefing materials; assist in developing executive documentation and milestone planning, tracking, scheduling, briefing preparation, staff coordination, and decision documentation preparation.
  • Support staff leadership by maintaining MS Outlook calendars and schedules of leadership personnel to maintain accuracy and facilitate office operations.
  • Coordinate briefings, papers, and inputs to ensure continuity and standardization across reports.
  • Consolidate information, generate charts, and facilitate staff meetings for senior program management; charts may include data from travel, accountability, calendars, top issues, suspenses, and personnel actions.
  • Utilize computer applications (Microsoft Office) to produce databases, spreadsheets, graphics, and other products, and facilitate standardized automated forms such as organizational charts. Answer telephone calls and convey messages as needed.
  • Support management and tracking of internal and external suspense task requirements using appropriate suspense tracking tools.
  • Assist with training and preparation of staff summary sheets and packages.
  • Consolidate package information for SAF/AQ and senior staff organizations throughout the DAF and DoD, including VCSAF, CSAF, and SECAF; communicate effectively with outside agencies.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, including video teleconferencing and room setup (seating, name placards, etc.).
  • Provide support for internal and external briefings and reports using personal computers and software to produce slides, briefing charts, and graphics; use SharePoint as appropriate.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to internal management processes and visual, computer-based communications used by the IO to manage critical processes.
  • Consolidate information from functional areas and Division Chiefs to draft reports and briefs for internal or external decisions, including brainstorming sessions; prepare status reports as necessary.
  • Act as a Travel Review Official (RO) by reviewing travel authorizations and vouchers in the DoD Defense Travel System (DTS) for completeness before approval.
  • Monitor office supplies and ensure adequate levels of consumables for presentation/graphics.
  • Coordinate divisionss top issues, activity reports, and briefings for IO staff meetings.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of an active Secret security clearance
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in a related field with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, at least five (5) of which must be in the DoD
  • OR, Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of twelve (12) years of relevant experience in the discipline, five (5) of which must be in the DoD
  • OR, fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD
