PCI Compliance Specialist

Randstad is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced PCI Compliance Specialist to support a key client in Washington, DC. This role will play a critical part in maintaining and enhancing the company's PCI-DSS 4.0 compliance program by supporting ongoing assessments, identifying potential risks, and improving operational controls across IT and business functions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of PCI-DSS standards, be proactive in identifying emerging risks and trends, and provide strategic recommendations to ensure continuous compliance and effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support internal and external PCI-DSS assessments and audits
• Monitor the company's IT and business control environments for potential risks and compliance gaps
• Provide recommendations for improving control effectiveness and operational processes
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with PCI-DSS requirements
• Stay current on regulatory trends, industry standards, and emerging risks
• Assist in the development and enhancement of PCI policies, procedures, and documentation
• Provide subject matter expertise for PCI-related initiatives and projects
• Track and report on remediation efforts and compliance status to leadership
