The Database Administrator supports Federal Maximo implementations by leading data migration efforts and ensuring database performance and integrity across platforms.

• Design and execute data migration strategies tailored to Federal Maximo systems
• Analyze source system architecture and data to identify required elements
• Develop migration plans, custom objects, and workflows for data import and validation
• Oversee historical data transformation and ensure alignment with project timelines
• Maintain database performance, integrity, and compliance across environments

• Minimum of 10 years in database administration and enterprise data migration
• Minimum of 5 years experience with IBM Maximo data migration and integration
• At least 5 years experience with SQL Server and other DBMS platforms
• 5+ years experience with data transformation and validation workflows
• Strong understanding of source system architecture and data mapping
• Experience with performance tuning, backup/recovery, and security controls
• Ability to develop stored procedures, triggers, and reporting systems
• Experience auditing and maintaining data integrity across systems
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal security clearance with the U.S. government

• 5+ years experience with Cloud Environments (AWS, IBM Cloud)
• 5+ years understanding of IBM Maximo application, functionalities, and configuration options
• 3+ years experience with Maximo custom object creation and workflow design
• Experience serving as Task Leader or technical liaison
• Experience in federal agency environments
• Familiarity with Federal enterprise architecture and compliance standards
