How

You’ll Make An Impact
  • Create strategic clarity: co‑own Auto Client Enablement domain strategy, multi‑year sequencing, and roadmap execution with Product and Engineering, translating strategy into delivery commitments.
  • Accelerate technical decisions: apply architectural literacy across the technology stack (OEM/hardware constraints, platform services, APIs, and data flows) to surface dependencies, frame tradeoffs, and reduce delivery risk.
  • Deliver measurable outcomes: drive cross‑functional alignment and launch high‑impact initiatives that improve consumer experiences and deliver meaningful business value.
What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the domain subject matter expert and go‑to delivery leader, co‑owning domain health and strategy while aligning Product, Engineering, and Operations on outcomes, constraints, and execution plans.
  • Drive end‑to‑end delivery of large, cross‑organizational initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams – from planning through launch – ensuring clear scope, milestones, and accountability.
  • Maintain an integrated domain delivery plan across concurrent initiatives, including sequencing, capacity, dependencies, and operational readiness.
  • Establish and run the domain operating cadence (stand‑ups, planning/refinement/release, program reviews, retrospectives), removing blockers and ensuring consistent execution.
  • Partner with Product to ensure backlog health (prioritization, story readiness, acceptance criteria) and to drive timely decisions amid priority conflicts.
  • Map and maintain domain‑level architectural dependencies and cross‑team integration plans, proactively managing technical interfaces and dependency risk.
  • Use data to drive sustainable planning and transparent tradeoffs (capacity, velocity, quality, technical debt), presenting scenario‑based options and recommendations to support prioritization decisions.
  • Proactively identify, forecast, and mitigate program risks and issues, communicating mitigation plans and status clearly to stakeholders.

Continuously improve governance and delivery processes to increase predictability, execution quality, and domain health over time.

What You’ll Need
  • 7+ years of experience in a technical role in software development organizations, including 5+ years leading cross‑functional programs as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, and/or Scrum Master.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi‑team software development programs with a variety of stakeholders, including teams operating across varying levels of Agile maturity and hybrid delivery models.
  • Strong ability to distill ambiguous, complex problems into clear plans, actionable milestones, and decision points.
  • Deep knowledge of SDLC and release practices, with the judgment to tailor processes to context (Agile, hybrid, or traditional).
  • Strong technical credibility and architectural literacy (e.g., participating in design/architecture reviews; understanding CI/CD and testing practices; reasoning about APIs, services, and data flows).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate collaborative decision‑making across Product and Engineering leaders.
  • Experience with release planning/management and risk identification, reporting, and mitigation.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
