We are seeking a highly skilled Account Lifecycle & Automation Engineer to manage and automate enterprise identity and access management (IAM) processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in scripting, integration, and automation across key IAM platforms, including Active Directory, Entra , Active Roles Server (ARS), and other commonly adjacent systems. This role requires a deep understanding of account and access lifecycle planning, with a focus on optimizing security and efficiency through automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain automation solutions to support identity lifecycle management for Active Directory and Entra , including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
  • Integrate and automate IAM workflows across SailPoint, Service Now, and ARS, ensuring seamless account management.
  • Leverage Power Shell scripting for automation of Active Directory (AD) tasks and integrations with external REST APIs.
  • Develop and maintain scripts using VBScript and REST to enhance IAM functionality.
  • Utilize ASP development experience for internal IAM-related applications and tools.
  • Design and implement automation solutions for account provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and group management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve enterprise IAM challenges through automation and integration.
  • Work closely with IT security and compliance teams to ensure IAM processes align with company policies and industry standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong experience with account lifecycle management and IAM automation.
  • Strong experience with Active Directory user/group management and security best practices.
  • Proficiency in Power Shell scripting for AD automation and API integrations.
  • Hands‑on experience with REST API for data integration.
  • Familiarity with VBScript, RST, and ASP development for IAM-related applications.
  • Experience designing and implementing IAM workflows and automation strategies.

    Ability to troubleshoot and optimize identity management processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ARS access management and automation.
  • Background in enterprise security and compliance related to IAM.
  • Exposure to SailPoint, Service Now, and other commonly adjacent systems.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, enterprise environment.
