Reporting to the Director, CRM, the CRM Associate is responsible for providing support in administering the CRM platform. This position will require knowledge and ability to extract data and produce insights from the Nationals Salesforce CRM platform. Strong written and oral communications skills will be required in producing documents to be presented to Nationals executives. This position will assist with projects within the Ticketing, Corporate Partnerships, Ballpark Events, and Business Strategy & Analytics departments.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
The Associate must be available in-person in Washington, D.C. for the May to September 2026 duration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Assist in designing and constructing CRM campaigns for the 2025/26 sales season.
- Execute lead assignment and assist with pipeline management within Salesforce CRM.
- Perform campaign analytics, including assessing sales and service representative performance.
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user profile creation, user account maintenance, any troubleshoot issues, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks across multiple business verticals.
- Assist with Salesforce trainings throughout the sales season and new user onboarding.
- Develop understanding of CRM architecture, especially the connection between the Nationals’ data warehouse and CRM.
- Ensure data quality, data accuracy, and data-driven decision making within the organization.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
- Has or is pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from a four-year college or university.
- Experience as a CRM user/or administrator.
- Strong understanding of CRM platform and its importance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
- Experience in Salesforce is a plus.
- General proficiency in SQL.
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and quotas.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability - a self-starter.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Utmost standards of integrity in all business dealings.
- Position will require some weekend and/or evening work.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
The projected wage rate for this position is $17.95 per hour. Actual pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s: qualifications, skills, expertise, education/training, certifications, and other organization requirements. Starting salaries for new employees are frequently not at the top of the applicable salary range.
