The Role

As a Director of a growing business unit delivering RF intelligence, you’ll take ownership of the strategy, globally distributed team, technical roadmap, product vision and financials across the company’s portfolio.

An integral role focused on advancing next-generation capabilities and delivering to partners worldwide.

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
  • 5+ years in a leadership role in aerospace, defence, space systems, or intelligence sectors.
  • Product mindset with the ability to grow products through the entire lifecycle in international markets
  • Deep technical or market understanding of RF systems, SIGINT, space-based sensing, or geospatial intelligence.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional technical teams and managing complex, distributed programs.
  • Experience with regulated or security-cleared programs
  • Excellent strategic, analytical, and executive communication skills.
  • Solid organisational structure and awareness of revenue growth drivers
