ER, we are on a mission to automate the enforcement of threat intelligence. We are looking for our first-ever Sales Engineer to join our Go-To-Market team in Tysons, VA. This role is an architect role: you will be the sole technical expert supporting our sales team, establishing pre-sales processes from the ground up, and owning the technical win.

• Own the Technical Win: Lead discovery calls and run high-impact product demos for our entire prospect pipeline.
• Build the Blueprint: Design, document, and execute our entire Proof-of-Concept (POC) lifecycle.
• Master the Lab: Manage and upgrade our internal testing environments.
• Enable the Ecosystem: Train our internal reps and our channel partners to effectively position the threat

• Networking Pro: You know TCP/IP, DNS, and HTTP/S like the back of your hand.
• Security Native: You understand the difference between EDR, NDR, and Firewalls (and why they need us).
• Cloud & Virtualization: Comfortable in AWS/Azure and working with VMs.
• OS Proficient: At home in both Windows Server and Linux CLI.

• High Curiosity: You’re a self-starter who experiments with new tech on your own time.
• Coachability: You crave feedback and iterate quickly.
• Communication: You can explain complex network security to a CISO or a School Board with equal clarity.
• Grit: You want to be part of a Series A team where you own the outcome.

• Total OTE: $160,000
• Structure: $100k Base / $60k Variable (Tied to team success)
• Location: Hybrid in Tysons, VA (ability to travel required)
