Position Summary

Django Web Developer | Web & Mobile Solutions Celerity, a business acceleration consultancy, is expanding its Web and Mobile Solutions team to help accelerate results for our leading-edge clients.

We are currently seeking self-motivated individuals with a sense of ownership and accountability, as well as a strong bias towards action and results.

Our Web and Mobile Solutions team helps clients meet their business objectives for online channels and digital media through designing and developing rich interactive applications, websites, web portals, mobile applications, and content management systems. We apply creativity and dynamic flexibility to our engagements through User Centered Design (UCD), process efficiencies, and iterative development methodologies.

We are actively seeking solid Django developers who are creative, collaborative, resilient, and continuously challenge themselves to do better.

• Understanding of Python best practices (PEP-8), experience with other Python frameworks:
  Pylons, Flask, Pyramid, Zope, Plone.
• Worked with Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) CMS tools, including Vignette, Autonomy/Interwoven, Adobe CQ5, SDL Tridion, Ektron, etc.
• Been part of (or led) an Agile project.
• Developed Django apps that can be found on Git Hub.
• Experience integrating front-end code with JSP, Struts, Java layouts, PHP, Smarty Templates, ESI or related languages.
• Must have excellent communication and time management skills; high energy, detail oriented, excellent communicator and a true team player.
• Direct experience in CMS, Usability Design, Analytics, SEO, Social Media or Mobile projects.
• A true passion for learning and utilizing leading edge online technologies.
