EY’s Technology Operations Managed Services team works with some of the world’s largest companies. The solution being built out in FY24 includes application managed services and digital solutions, with an emphasis on larger, complex managed service deals. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and support of our technology solutions and drives continuous improvement and automation at scale.

• Deliver quality support and resolve issues within key business processes.
• Contribute to initiatives that drive continuous improvement and standardization.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements and operational level agreements.
• Manage regular travel to external clients and actively participate in client working sessions.

• Bachelor’s degree (4‑year).
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP Operations or running SAP projects.
• Expertise in Application Management and SAP ERP systems (functional or technical, preferably S/4
  
  HANA).
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams, including offshore delivery.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in customer support operations.
• Proficiency in application management ITIL processes and technology service management.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship building ability.
• Critical thinking and complex problem‑solving abilities.

• Knowledge of Agile terminology and methods.
• Understanding of Data Delivery and Management.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Technology Ecosystem Operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and triage skills.
• Digital fluency and emotional agility.
• Hybrid collaboration proficiency.
• Learning agility and focus on driving outcomes.

• Competitive base salary range (US) $116,800–$214,100, with higher ranges for certain metro areas.
