WP Buffs is looking for an experienced Word Press developer with good communication and customer service skills. This role will be working with a large number of clients through a support ticket system.

• Managing support tickets
• Site edits within Word Press
• Plugin, theme and core updates
• Security optimizations
• Performance optimizations
• Down or broken sites
• Talking with hosting support teams
• Handling clients concerns or complaints

You will be working directly with clients who send in requests, providing first responses confirming that the request was received and has been reviewed for completeness, as well as completing the tickets, while providing clear communication to the client throughout the process.

• Starting Pay: $22+ per hour depending on skills, experience, professionalism and availability.
• Regular pay increases with seniority
