D365 Finance Technical Lead / Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to support the delivery and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (D365) in enterprise‑level environments.

NOTE: THIS POSITION REQUIRES U.S. CITIZENSHIP.

• Designing and leading the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions in D365 Finance, including customizations, extensions, integrations, and workflows.
• Coordinating the configuration and customization of D365 Finance to align with business requirements.
• Designing and implementing data integrations between D365 Finance and other systems, using tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Planning and executing data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during the transition.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users, addressing issues related to D365 Finance solutions.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including solution design documents, development standards, and best practices.
• Collaborating with functional consultants, business analysts, and other technical resources to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Staying updated with the latest D365 Finance updates and assisting with system upgrades and maintenance tasks, as necessary.
• Performing general system administration with D365 Finance and other systems as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of D365 Finance implementation and support.
• In‑depth knowledge of D365 Finance architecture, modules, and components, specifically Accounts Receivables.
• Strong programming skills in X++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Data Verse, SQL.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure services.
• Experience with D365 SDK, REST/ODATA, and other integration technologies.
• Ability to customize and configure D365 Finance forms, workflows, dashboards, business processes, and reports.
• Testing and troubleshooting experience ensuring reliability and performance.
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate technical information to non‑technical personnel.
• Customer‑focused mindset and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Proactive, independent thinker with high energy and positive attitude.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Position requires a Public Trust background investigation.

• Microsoft certified D365 Finance Apps Solution Architect or similar certifications.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of best practices in software development and solution architecture.
• Familiarity with agile project methodologies.

• Compensation:
