Qualifications- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or digital product environment.
- Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma, for wire framing, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Solid understanding and practical application of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing and contributing to design systems and component-based design thinking.
- Familiarity with WCAG and ADA accessibility best practices and a commitment to inclusive design.
- Experience operating within a SAFe or Scrum Agile framework, including participation in design sprints.
- Ability to conduct data-informed design using analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing to guide product decisions.
