Remote (US & Canada preferred). Salary range: $160K – $200K + equity.

Goody is a gifting platform that makes personal and professional gifting effortless. Users can send gifts without an address, swap gifts, and tap into an API that integrates gifting and commerce into any app. Our customers include Google, Stripe, Meta, Anthropic, Notion, NBCUniversal, DHL, and many others. Founded five years ago, we have built a product that celebrates milestones, recognizes achievements, and helps clients feel valued.

Design is central to our mission, and we’re looking for a designer who shares that passion.

• Design user interfaces and experiences for Goody’s responsive web application, including the sender experience (e-commerce and SaaS) and recipient gift experience.
• Collaborate closely with product to evolve product direction based on design findings.
• Conduct research, user testing, and gather feedback to understand user needs.
• Shape and evolve Goody’s design language to meet new feature demands.
• Explore ways to integrate AI/ML where it provides real value.
• Own full feature deliveries and manage end‑to‑end design impact.

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile work.
• Top 5% visual talent with a keen eye for craftsmanship and execution.
• Proficient in exploring design options, iterating rapidly, and arriving at harmonious solutions.
• Growth mindset, ability to receive constructive feedback, and thrive in a low‑ego culture.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce is a plus.
• Preferred: US or Canada residency.
