• Position Overview:
  
  We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• This role involves designing, developing, and implementing custom business applications and workflows to enhance productivity and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Solutions:
  Use the platform tools to build effective solutions to address business challenges, optimize business processes, and provide useful and actionable reporting.
• Integration:
  Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and/or internal platforms.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Support and Training:
  Provide technical support and training to end users for all the Power Platform tools.
• Stay Updated:
  Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to Power Platform tools.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 8 years of experience in technical IT work, with 3 to 5 years of specialized experience developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Working knowledge of M365 applications.

Skills:

• Strong working knowledge of the Power Platform tools and related concepts.
• Experience with SharePoint development and customization preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of software development practices.
• Proficiency in data modeling, DAX queries, Power FX, and Power Shell.

Communication:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Education and

Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Microsoft PL-400 Power Platform Developer Associate certification is a plus.
• Microsoft PL-300 Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification is a plus.

Additional

Skills:

• Prior experience with process gap analysis, solution design, application development, and/or ETL processes.
