Job Title: HR and Office Services Coordinator

Pay: $60,000–$65,000 annually (depending on experience)

Work Schedule: Hybrid schedule (3 days in office) | Standard hours are 8:00 am–4:30 pm, 37.5 hours per week.

Job Description:

Addison Group is partnering with one of our clients to hire an HR and Office Services Coordinator. This role supports both human resources and office operations and is ideal for a strong administrator with prior HR exposure who is looking to continue growing within the human resources field. The position offers a dynamic environment where flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities including interview scheduling and orientation support
  • Assist with benefits administration and HR related invoice processing
  • Manage shared HR inboxes and internal communication channels
  • Maintain confidential employee records and documentation
  • Create internal communications such as newsletters, flyers, and presentations using Canva
  • Support training, compliance programs, and performance management initiatives
  • Assist with planning and execution of all staff meetings and employee engagement events
  • Coordinate office operations including vendors, supplies, mail, and deliveries
  • Schedule conference rooms and support office space logistics
  • Assist with workstation setup and supplies for new hires and interns
  • Support intern onboarding and program coordination
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Two to five years of combined administrative, office management, or HR related experience
  • At least one year of experience supporting HR functions
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Experience with HRIS platforms preferred, ADP experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Canva and SharePoint preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to interact with all levels of staff
  • Associate degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Master’s degrees are not being considered
Additional Details:
  • Salary range: $60,000–$65,000 annually depending on experience
  • Hybrid work environment with two required onsite days and one employee selected onsite day
  • 37.5 hour workweek
