Senior Associate Role Description

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include:

Specific Responsibilities:

• Streamline HR policies, practices, and processes to improve the effectiveness of HR in managing human capital.
• Align HR strategy and people strategies with overall business strategies.
• Support Workday HCM Advanced Compensation module as applicable.
• Illustrate business processes related to Workday.
• Configure the Workday HCM Advanced Compensation module, including associated business processes, employee review templates, custom reporting, and configurable security.
• Operate as a specialist in Workday HCM Advanced Compensation for the business and Level 2 Support Groups. Serve as a Level 3 specialist for challenging incidents that cannot be resolved at Level 2.
• Produce deliverables by working across teams and managing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Support Global Process Owners and Centers of Excellence within the business on proposed changes requested by the network, due to regulatory reasons or Workday Releases.
• Update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
• Provide industry knowledge and standard practices of Workday HCM Advanced Compensation business processes.
• Participate in client discussions and meetings, presenting to groups virtually and in person.
• Prepare concise and accurate documents, while maintaining project economics and flexibility for unanticipated issues.
• Create an atmosphere of trust and encourage improvement and innovation by seeking diverse views.
• Answer questions and provide direction to less-experienced staff.
• Provide timely, meaningful written and verbal feedback.

Salary and Benefits:

• The salary range for this position is: $84,000 – $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
