Job Summary
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Analyst to support HR operations with a strong focus on employee onboarding and personnel security/clearance-related processes. This role will partner closely with HR, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure accurate handling of sensitive employee data, timely onboarding, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience with HR systems, and hands-on exposure to personnel security or clearance documentation.
Secret clearance or higher required.
Responsibilities- Support end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, including offer letters, new hire documentation, and system access coordination
- Assist with personnel security and clearance-related paperwork (e.g., background investigations, clearance forms, employment verification, and compliance documentation)
- Track and maintain employee security status, onboarding milestones, and required documentation in HRIS and related systems
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee and security-related information
- Analyze HR data related to onboarding timelines, compliance metrics, and workforce trends; prepare reports and dashboards as needed
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, Security, Legal/Compliance) to resolve onboarding or clearance issues
- Audit personnel files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
- Support updates to onboarding and security-related processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Respond to employee inquiries related to onboarding, employment records, and HR procedures
- Assist with special HR projects, audits, or process improvement initiatives as assigned
$90,000 - $110,000 a year
