Responsibilities- Coordinate campus recruiting and summer associate programs, including interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, hiring committee preparation, prospect outreach, and summer associate programming (work assignments, training, and social events)
- Assist with onboarding and orientation schedules for new hires
- Track and monitor the local recruiting budget
- Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition team members on firmwide initiatives and programs
- Talent Development:
Coordinate local associate relations events and in-house attorney training programs - Partner with Global Talent Development teams to implement firmwide initiatives, including coaching programs and training academies
- Monitor associate relations and professional development budgets
- Provide support for special events, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Travel as needed for recruiting and development initiatives
- Assist with additional projects and initiatives as assigned
- Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience coordinating training programs, events, and large-scale initiatives
- Working knowledge of legal recruiting and attorney development practices
- Solid communication skills with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal environment (required)
- Prior experience in human resources, attorney recruiting, law school career services, or talent development preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal environment (required), campus recruiting preferred
- Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience coordinating training programs, events, and large-scale initiatives
- Working knowledge of legal recruiting and attorney development practices
- Solid communication skills with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail

This role will support their campus recruiting program in this office and is a hybrid role focused on recruiting and development. They are seeking 2+ years’ recruiting experience (pref campus recruiting), and law firm experience is required. Please keep in mind this is a junior level position - we are not looking for candidates with more than about 4/5 years.
