Position: Human Resources & Office Services Coordinator - $20/hr-$24/hr

Our client has an urgent need for a Human Resources and Office Services Coordinator! With 3+ years of HR and office services experience, a bachelor's degree, and an ability to thrive in a small, close-knit team, you'll excel in this role. Bring your strong organization, technical savviness, and love for learning to thrive in this role!

About the Job
  • Support talent acquisition by coordinating interviews, background checks, and intern hiring.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing and document preparation.
  • Manage HR-related inboxes, coordinate training and compliance programs, and support meetings and events.
  • Handle office deliveries, supplies, room scheduling, and maintain office areas.
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
About You
  • A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred; an associate degree is required.
  • 3+ years of combined Human Resources and office operations experience.
  • Familiarity with HR systems is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a strong knowledge of applicable labor laws.
bout the Position
  • Pays $20/hr-$24/hr while temporary.
  • Converts to a salary of $65K-$70K depending on experience.
  • Hybrid position with 3 days/week onsite.
  • Office located in Washington, DC.
