Human Resources Manager

HR Manager needed for a logistics company to support operations across the region. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, people‑focused environment.

• Lead recruiting efforts and drive talent attraction for operations
• Oversee new‑location onboarding and ensure smooth, compliant employee integration
• Manage staffing agency partnerships to meet operational hiring needs
• Build strong relationships with union business agents and support labor‑related matters
• Process union dues and medical payments with accuracy
• Conduct quarterly site visits to support local teams and ensure consistent HR practices
• Maintain and update employee data within HRIS
• Coordinate job fairs, background checks, and screenings
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR, benefits, and wellness support sites

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in logistics industry.
• 5 years exp working with Unions, union dues and labor relations
• HR certification is a plus ex: SHRM-CP, PHR.
• Proficiency in HR software, CRM's, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This is an onsite role, five days per week in the Baltimore, MD area.
