Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (35 hours/week; 1-hour unpaid lunch)

Job Description:Addison Group is hiring a Benefits Analyst for our client to provide hands-on support across health and welfare, retirement, leave administration, and educational benefit programs. This role will partner closely with HR leadership, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate benefits administration, strong communication, and continuous process improvement. The position will also support open enrollment activities and ongoing HR systems initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide day-to-day operational support for employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, retirement, insurance, and leave administration
- Serve as a primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries, resolving issues and coordinating with external vendors as needed
- Administer and monitor leave programs such as FMLA, workers’ compensation, short- and long-term disability, COBRA, and unpaid leave
- Conduct regular audits and review invoicing to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Analyze benefits data and generate reports using Excel and HRIS tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with annual open enrollment planning, testing, and execution
- Create and maintain benefits communications, presentations, and reference materials
- Support compliance initiatives, audits, and required filings in collaboration with HR partners
- Administer educational assistance programs and maintain accurate records across systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2–4 years of HR experience, including
- at least 2 years focused on benefits administration
- Strong experience working within an HRIS (Workday or similar preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams
