Join Dynamis, Inc. as a Human Resources Specialist (Benefits and Payroll) to administer federal benefits programs and coordinate payroll actions.

• Advise employees on federal benefits programs and leave policies.
• Process benefits elections, payroll adjustments, and manage open enrollment.
• Coordinate retirement packages and benefit plan changes throughout the year.
• Resolve employee benefit inquiries and maintain accurate benefit records.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws (e.g., ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA).
• Reconcile payroll and benefits invoices, including COBRA enrollments, 403(b) contributions, and FSA/HSA accounts.
• Prepare and file required reports such as ACA filings and benefits audits.

• U.S. Citizenship.
• 5+ years of experience in benefits administration and payroll management.
• Successful completion of a DHS Public Trust background check.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Deep understanding of employee benefits and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) highly preferred.
