Our client is a leading law firm with offices around the world. They are seeking a Junior HR Generalist to join their team in Washington, DC. The position is hybrid and requires 2-3 days in the office per week. They offer excellent benefits, including benefits from Day 1, 401(k), and unlimited PTO!

Who You Are

  • You have 2+ years of experience in HR support, recruiting coordination, or a similar role
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator
  • You know your way around Microsoft Office and HR platforms like UKG or similar
  • You work well with others and take initiative to solve problems

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate hiring logistics, including job postings, interviews, and ATS updates
  • Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update internal systems
  • Assist HR leaders with calendars, meetings, and travel
  • Track people data and create reports on key HR metrics
  • Contribute to projects related to DEI, training, and internal communications
  • Handle sensitive employee information with care

Salary Range: $65,000 – 75,000 annually, based on experience
