Attorney Recruiter - I place attorneys at law firms in DC/VA - Executive Legal Recruiter @ LHH#lateralrecruiting #attorney recruitingA top-tier AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Counsel-level attorney to join its Labor & Employment Department in Washington, DC, with a focus on labor relations matters.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 6+ years of experience representing management in labor relations and union matters
- Deep knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)
- Experience with collective bargaining, unfair labor practice charges, and union organizing campaigns
- Experience with high-stakes OSHA matters is a plus
- A strong academic background and excellent research, writing, and communication skills
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative, nationally respected team, advising clients on complex labor and employment issues across a wide range of industries.
$275,000 – $385,000, based on experience and title.
