Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Talent Acquisition & Development Coordinator with law firm experience to support attorney recruiting and professional development for a leading Am Law 100 firm in Washington, DC. In this role, you'll help drive campus hiring, summer associate programming, onboarding, and attorney training initiatives while partnering closely with both local and global talent teams. Candidates must be based in the Washington, DC area and able to work onsite at least (3) three days per week in a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition- Coordinate all aspects of campus recruiting and summer associate programs, including interview logistics, candidate communication, hiring committee preparation, outreach efforts, and summer associate activities such as work assignments, training sessions, and social events.
- Support onboarding and orientation planning for incoming attorneys.
- Track and manage the local recruiting budget.
- Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team on firmwide recruiting initiatives and projects.
- Organize local associate engagement events and in‑house attorney training programs.
- Collaborate with Global Talent Development teams to roll out firmwide initiatives, including coaching programs and training academies.
- Monitor budgets related to associate relations and professional development.
- Assist with special events, which may occasionally require evening or weekend availability.
- Travel as needed to support recruiting and development activities.
- Contribute to additional projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience coordinating training programs, events, or large‑scale initiatives.
- Familiarity with legal recruiting processes and attorney development practices.
- Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience (Jr Level) in a legal environment (required), campus recruiting preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Prior experience in human resources, attorney recruiting, law school career services, or talent development is preferred.
