Recruiter, Tech ​/ IT Recruiter

Overview

Tecknomic LLC is seeking a recruiter (part-time with the potential for full-time) to assist with filling a variety of IT related, technician and management roles. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role requiring a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and the ability to support tight deadlines/time-to-fill schedules.

• Experience with major recruiting sites, ATS and other tools
• Ability to build deep pools/create pipelines of strong, next-in-class, diverse candidates
• Ability to analyze client/hiring managers’ needs and match candidates effectively
• Ability to support screening, interviewing and submitting candidates
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to provide an excellent candidate experience
• Focus on diversity and inclusion
• Attention to details
• Timely follow-up with candidates
• Knowledge of market trends, hiring best practices and diversity recruiting strategies
• Strong documentation and organizational skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Excellent sourcing skills, utilizing social media, job boards, networking, referrals, etc.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting processes and diversity recruiting.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
• Familiarity with hiring laws and best practices.
• Project management and multi-tasking skills
• Forward thinking, problem solver.
