Job Description:The HR Project Coordinator will support projects by ensuring timely execution, effective communication, and strong coordination across teams. This role partners closely with HR leadership to manage dashboards, presentations, documentation, and meeting facilitation while keeping projects aligned, compliant, and on schedule. The environment is extremely fast-paced, and this role is treated as a true new hire with training and ramp-up rather than a short-term temp assignment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking HR and People Services projects
- Manage project documentation, dashboards, and internal systems
- Analyze project data and prepare reports, insights, and executive summaries
- Develop professional presentations, playbooks, and toolkits
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Schedule and facilitate meetings, webinars, and project check-ins
- Organize and manage files, including secure file transfers
- Proactively follow up with team members to keep projects moving
- Identify project risks, issues, and opportunities and recommend solutions
- Support HR initiatives including talent management, process improvement, employee engagement, and training programs
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external vendors
- Utilize Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of project coordination or project management experience
- Prior experience supporting HR or People-focused initiatives required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Experience creating dashboards, presentations, and toolkits
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Asana or Microsoft Project (preferred)
- PMP or CAPM certification (plus)
- Highly organized, level-headed, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
