The Role Entails

HQ is currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to support critical recruiting efforts for key roles and other niche opportunities across the family of companies. You will play a key part in building a robust candidate pipeline through strategic and creative sourcing efforts.
In this new role, you’ll be the first spark in the hiring journey, reaching out to potential candidates and getting them excited about new opportunities through email and other channels. WhatYou Will Get to Do
- Proactively source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates using a variety of methods (e.g., Linked In, job boards, Boolean searches, social media, referrals)
- Partner with the other Talent Acquisition (TA) team members and hiring managers to source qualified candidates for multiple job openings running concurrently
- Consistently deliver at least six well-qualified candidate submissions weekly
- Develop and maintain a strong pool of skilled candidates, ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects
- Collaborate closely with the TA team to understand hiring priorities and develop tailored sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Craft personalized outreach messages and conduct cold outreach to potential candidates via email and other channels
- Screen resumes and pre-qualify candidates based on role requirements before passing them on to the TA team
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and sourcing database
- Stay current on sourcing best practices, tools, and market trends
The Role
- A minimum of three (3) years of high-volume sourcing within the Development, Construction, Operations industry or related areas
- Proficiency with Linked In Recruiter and major job boards
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and legal compliance
- Energetic, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated expertise in passive sourcing techniques and creative talent acquisition methods
- Able to work independently and within a strong team environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to handle competing priorities and change direction as needed
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and/or HRIS systems
- A minimum of two (2) years of full-cycle Data Center recruiting experience
