Roles and Responsibilities

  • Carry out the full life‑cycle recruitment process for a wide range of positions across the region to include posting, resume review, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, making offers, etc.
  • Demonstrate high quality customer service while working with Hiring Managers and ensure each has a thorough understanding of our recruitment and interviewing best practices
  • Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the recruitment process by communicating effectively and taking initiative to deliver an effective recruitment
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to gain a thorough understanding of the vacancy, recruitment actions and advertising strategy required to have a successful campaign
  • Ensure recruitment processes are meeting business need by following appropriate procedures and completing all assigned tasks within allotted response and completion deadlines defined by our Service Level Agreements
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Keep impeccable records and documentation of each recruitment process
  • Perform other related duties as required
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Relevant work experience in a professional work setting required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential employee issues/information and interact with employees in a professional and sensitive manner at all times
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to think creatively and adapt to change
  • Written and spoken Spanish and/or Portuguese
