Roles and Responsibilities
- Carry out the full life‑cycle recruitment process for a wide range of positions across the region to include posting, resume review, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, making offers, etc.
- Demonstrate high quality customer service while working with Hiring Managers and ensure each has a thorough understanding of our recruitment and interviewing best practices
- Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the recruitment process by communicating effectively and taking initiative to deliver an effective recruitment
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to gain a thorough understanding of the vacancy, recruitment actions and advertising strategy required to have a successful campaign
- Ensure recruitment processes are meeting business need by following appropriate procedures and completing all assigned tasks within allotted response and completion deadlines defined by our Service Level Agreements
- Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Keep impeccable records and documentation of each recruitment process
- Perform other related duties as required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Relevant work experience in a professional work setting required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential employee issues/information and interact with employees in a professional and sensitive manner at all times
- Proficient in all MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
- Previous recruitment experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to think creatively and adapt to change
- Written and spoken Spanish and/or Portuguese
