Overview
A leading international law firm is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to join the team in Washington, D.C.
Who You Are- You have at least 2 years of attorney recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree, preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems, with experience invi Desktopa plus
- You are a creative and collaborative professional with a focus on exceptional client service
- Familiar with recruitment best practices and hiring regulations
- Coordinate on-campus interview programs, including scheduling, registration, preparing materials, andsubmittingfeedback
- Support the summer associate program,assisting with event planning, arrival and departure coordination, and end-of-summer exit processes
- Partner with career services offices and faculty to enhance the firm’s profile on law school campuses
- Assist with lateral, entry-level, staff attorney, and judicial clerk hiring processes, including posting positions andmaintainingapplicant files
- Support the callback and interview process, greeting candidates andmaintainingcommunication throughout
- Organize campus outreach events, offer dinners, receptions, and offer visits
- Maintain reports and recruiting statistics for various hiring programs
- Assist with pre-employment processes such as offer approvals, reference checks, and onboarding coordination
- Summer associate and on-campus recruiting programs are executed smoothly
- Candidate communications, schedules, and documentation are well-managed
- Candidate experience is positive throughout all recruiting processes
- Reporting of recruiting metrics and hiring activities is up-to-date and accurate
Salary Range: $65,000 – 75,000 annually
Location: Washington, D.C.– Hybrid
