Talent Manager, Employee Relations
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Executive to manage and support core human resource functions across the employee lifecycle. This remote role requires strong knowledge of U.S. HR practices, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact for employees while supporting organizational goals through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent ManagementManage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer coordination
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes
Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation
Manage employee offboarding, exit interviews, and final documentation
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data in HRIS
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
Support conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives
Promote a positive, inclusive, and compliant work culture
Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local labor laws
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
Support audits and ensure proper HR documentation
Coordinate performance review cycles
Support learning and development initiatives
Assist managers with performance improvement plans (PIPs)
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles
Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in a remote or distributed workforce
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent)
Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms
Experience supporting multi-state U.S. employees
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
