Executive Housekeeper Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper Manager based in Washington, DC. The individual will oversee and manage the housekeeping department, ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the property, and maintain high-quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing housekeeping staff schedules, conducting training, monitoring inventory of cleaning materials, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols, and coordinating with other departments as needed to enhance guest experiences.

• Experience in housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and managing housekeeping staff
• Skills in training and supervising staff to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional departments
• Proficiency in time management and problem-solving to maintain operational efficiency
• Customer service orientation to ensure guest satisfaction and high service standards
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are beneficial
