* Oversee daily operations of assigned concession stands, portables, and bars to ensure readiness and efficiency before, during, and after events

* Train, coach, and supervise concession staff on company policies, food safety, service standards, and equipment use, while enforcing compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and service policies

* Coaches team members in real time to improve guest engagement and service recovery techniques

* Establishes rapport with guests and resolves grievances while protecting brand standards and the reputation of Nationals Park

* Holds team members accountable to performance, attendance and conduct standards through consistent feedback and coaching. Identifies training gaps and coordinates additional instruction as needed

* Maintains a visible leadership presence during peak periods to model guest-first behaviors, while monitoring guest flow and adjusting staffing or operations to minimize wait times

* Ensures compliance with food safety, addressing violations immediately and professionally. Conducts regular inspections of concession areas for cleanliness and compliance
