We’re looking for a Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our polished and professional team—someone who brings infectious pride, acts with integrity, and takes ownership in everything they do.

Position Summary

Assist in the planning and management of the Restaurant, Room Service, and other food and beverage outlets. The primary focus is to support the Food and Beverage Manager in achieving customer satisfaction, ensuring quality service, and maintaining compliance with hotel policies and government regulations while meeting financial goals.

Job Description

Operational Support:
Assist in directing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods.

Bar Oversight:
Support the daily management of bar operations as required.

Human Resources:
Help manage outlet personnel to attract, retain, and motivate associates. Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, training, developing, coaching, and counseling staff.

Service Standards:
Implement company programs and ensure compliance with SOPs and LSOPs to maintain an optimal level of service and hospitality for guests.

Financial Monitoring:
Assist the Manager in monitoring labor costs, supplies, and equipment to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.

Guest Relations:
Respond promptly to customer needs, issues, and comments to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales.

Sanitation & Maintenance:
Monitor and control the maintenance and sanitation of outlet areas to protect assets and comply with health regulations.

Flexibility:
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned and maintain availability to work on a regular basis.

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

Education:

Minimum two years of post-high school education.

Experience:

One to two years of employment in a related hospitality position; hotel experience is preferred.

Analytical

Skills:

Ability to investigate current activities and make logical recommendations based on established policy.

Management:
Strong supervision and communication skills are required to motivate and develop staff.

Organization:
Proven ability to set priorities, plan, organize, and work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.

Communication:
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
