Our client is a luxury hotel in Washington DC
. They are seeking a motivated hospitality professional to join the team as an Assistant Hotel Manager
.

Job Details

Act as an overall hospitality and customer service resource

Assist guests with check-in and check-out

Problem-solve guest issues and ensure satisfaction

Manage reservations and administrative tasks

Work collaboratively with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure room inventory is maintained to the highest standard

Manage shift schedules and ensure coverage for various positions

Prepare financial reports and manage cash

Oversee inventory and equipment statuses and place economical orders

Handle responsibilities related to the hotel restaurant

Salary Range: $65-70k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications

2+ years of guest services experience in a high-end hospitality environment

Familiar with and able to advise guests on local restaurants and attractions

Personable and dedicated to customer service

Punctual, reliable, and professional, with excellent follow-up skills

Able to troubleshoot and think on your feet to resolve issues as they arise
