The Assistant Executive Housekeeper is responsible for assisting in the oversight of the entire Housekeeping area, to include guest rooms, public areas, and night cleaning. This role understands Housekeeping operations, and ensures safety and security policies and procedures are followed. Experience with room inspections, job assignments, and handling special needs of VIP guests and foreign dignitaries is helpful. Responsibilities include staff training, development, coaching, inventory, ordering, scheduling, and payroll among other duties as needed.
The Assistant Executive Housekeeper promotes an atmosphere that ensures guest and colleague satisfaction and drives a culture of care. This position reports directly to the Executive Housekeeper and requires strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively work with guests, other departments, and team members.
Salary:
The salary range for this position is $61,800 to $68,000 (commensurate with experience). We consider factors such as experience, education, and skills when determining the salary. This is a great opportunity for someone with a hospitality degree and some leadership experience, someone with extensive leadership experience in a hotel or cleaning company, or a current department head in a smaller or select-service hotel.

- Previous hotel experience preferred
